Adjustment Tilt Seat Control Mechanism - Pushing lever in to lock tilt, pulling out to unlock tilt. The mechanism allow you to rock back and forth in the chair, twist hand wheel to tighten or loosen (adjust) back and forth tilt tension, and the seat rock angel is in the range of 3-15 degree.
